They explained the process of bat removal to us and came to our house and sealed all entries and exits the bats were using. No more bat problems. Now I'm sure that there are other companies that remove bats but I have to say that Carol and Charlie did a great job in reassuring us and putting our minds at ease. They treated us better than customers. We were treated like friends that they wanted to help. I would highly recommend calling them if you have bats. Thank you Charlie and Carol. Shout out to Justin who also helped. Thank you!!!
